The man sitting on the couch is the tenant of this apartment.
He has been such for the last several years. During conversation
he has mentioned two instances where unexplained things have happened in
his apartment. A few months back while walking through the doorway
in the above picture, he suddenly was stopped by a horrible, rotting smell.
He said that the smell was so bad that it almost "brought [him] to his
knees". The other instance involved his three cats. If you knew these
cats you know that they don't get along very well. When he was returning
from work one night he opened the front door (which happens to be in the
entry-way with the orb), he found all the cats laying together by the front
door. Suddenly, Jeff said that he didn't want to go into his
apartment, that something did not want him in there. Jeff has also told
me that one night he was awaken to a presence in his bedroom doorway (which
is also connected to the entry-way). After hearing these stories,
I offered to snap some pics, and this is the results.
